چکیده
Electrophysiology, which is the study of electrical properties biological tissues and cells, has become indispensable in modern clinical research, diagnostics, disease monitoring therapeutics. In this paper we present a brief history discipline how integrated circuit design shaped electrophysiology last few decades. We will discuss biopotential amplifier evolved from classical three-opamp architecture to more advanced high-performance circuits enabling long-term wearable autonomous central nervous system. also these measure in-vivo neural circuits.

Design of Cmos Mvl Circuits
There have been great advances in integrated circuits technology in recent years which have both made feasible and generated major interest in electronic circuits which employ more than two levels of signals. These circuits, called multiple valued logic circuits, offer several potential oppourtinities for the improvement of VLSI circuit designs. In this paper we review developments and potentia...
متن کاملReliability-aware design method for CMOS circuits
Reliable design flows for integrated CMOS circuits must take into account all effects that influence whole circuits or several single transistors. For larger technology nodes it was sufficient to design a circuit with respect to pure electrical properties like voltages, currents or capacitance. However, the progressive downscaling of CMOS transistors necessitates a design flow that is able to c...
متن کاملStage specialization for design and analysis of flotation circuits
This paper presents a new approach for flotation circuit design. Initially, it was proven numerically and analytically that in order to achieve the highest recovery in different circuit configurations, the best equipment must be placed at the beginning stage of the flotation circuits. The size of the entering particles and the types of streams including pulp and froth were considered as the bas...
متن کاملDesign of CMOS Circuits for Stuck-Open Fault Testability
CMOS circuits present severe problems in the detection of transistor stuck-open faults. In CMOS circuits, the transistor stuck-open (s-open) faults cause sequential behavior, and hence twoor multipattern sequences are used to detect s-open faults. Furthermore, twoor multipattern sequences may fail to detect a fault in several situations. The available methods for augmenting CMOS gates require a...
متن کاملPhysical design for testability for bridges in CMOS circuits
Present research in design for testability has largely been connned to the logic level. In this paper we present directions for research in design for testability at the layout or physical design level. These are illustrated for bridge faults in circuits consisting of CMOS standard cells.
